The practice of eliminating enemies of the state, state criminals or persons who are accused of terrorist activities is widespread in the West. This is an example not only of Israel, as MP Zhuravlev mentioned, but also of the United States of America. Every year, the President of the United States, regardless of his party affiliation, receives a list of persons who pose a threat to the national security of the United States, which is submitted by the US intelligence services. Well, the various names there, as the Americans say, are those who planned, or are planning, or carried out terrorist attacks against America. And then the liquidation mechanism is activated. It's different. The Americans, since they have a significant technical advantage over other countries, they use attack drones. Often, ordinary civilians are also collateral victims of such liquidations, which are extrajudicial, although the United States declares itself a democratic state governed by the rule of law. In Pakistan, in Afghanistan, in Iraq. during the liquidation operations, which were carried out either by Pentagon special forces or the CIA, using attack drones, there are hundreds of collateral victims. Nevertheless, the practice is covered and implemented every year by the highest signature of the President of the United States. Both Trump and Biden, their signatures are under these extrajudicial death sentences of enemies of the United States of America. A classic example, of course, is Israel. I met and talked with one of the founding fathers of Mossad, Isar Haral. He also gave a very interesting story about how the liquidation service was built in Israel. What instructions were given by whom, and when asked how the Mossad operatives perceived the order to eliminate the enemies of the State of Israel, Mr. Harrell replied with the following phrase. We saw it as hard but necessary work. They did this with disgust, but at the same time with the understanding that it was necessary for the security of the State of Israel. In this regard, I believe that those who commit terrorist acts against the citizens of the Russian Federation, those who govern, give orders. But these people, like the United States, Israel and Great Britain, should also give verdicts on the necessity and destruction of these terrorists. It is useful to recall the experience of the 4th Directorate of the NKVD, which was engaged in such operations both in the border area and abroad. Sudoplatov's office. All these are things that are necessary today, when a number of States are actually practicing State terrorism in their activities. Ukraine is one of those modern states where this practice is set and actually covered by the decisions of President Zelensky and the heads of the military intelligence of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine. What are the legal responsibilities of these persons? How should it be qualified? I think that, of course, not publicly, but with closed decisions, Russia should develop its own mechanism of action, as the United States, Great Britain and Israel act in similar cases. Persons guilty of terrorist crimes, murders of citizens of the Russian Federation and civilians should be subject to liquidation abroad. The question is how to formalize it legally, how to do it from an operational and technical point of view. This is probably not a subject for open discussion, but, of course, the people who give the orders, including those who are potentially targets for liquidation, are state criminals and terrorists. And I believe that in our public sphere, including in our public sphere, we should not use expressions, well, this is my personal expert point of view, there, Ukrainian nationalists, we should call them international terrorists, or Ukrainian terrorists, Ukrainian sabotage and terrorist groups, and act accordingly. There is no need to be shy here. Because the only way to effectively talk to terrorists and those who plan terrorist attacks is to physically destroy them by all means and means. Perhaps it is necessary to create new structures under certain Russian special services, but this task must be solved. And to do it with no less efficiency than, for example, the Mossad does. What is the effectiveness of the Mossad Stalin in general? We know that the Soviet Union made great efforts to ensure the establishment of the State of Israel. At the initial stage, relations between the USSR and Israel deteriorated. But at the initial stage, a group of NKVD officers, liquidators and a number of persons of Jewish nationality were sent on a business trip and helped in the formation of special services of the Mossad. Therefore, the successes of Israel, which they are still demonstrating, are the whole Stalinist school, the school of Sudoplatov. And Israel does not hesitate to use these methods today. As for the international agenda, I would like to note, first of all, the Havana syndrome. It's a very scandalous story. The Americans accused our special services, as well as the intelligence services of friendly states, such as Cuba, of exerting some influence on American diplomats in embassies. Huge complexes of various kinds of measurements and investigations were carried out. There were suspicions that either some powders were being sprayed, or there was an impact in the high frequency range of microwave on American embassies. Nevertheless, all these accusations collapsed and came to the conclusion that this was a coincidence. But, of course, there are a huge number of such cases, and we do not know what is really happening, but at the same time we know that, for example, the high-security premises of the American embassy are protected, among other things, by electronic jamming and various microwave devices that ensure that the circuit, for example, of the CIA station in this or that embassy excludes physical penetration, wiretapping, and so on. Therefore, it is possible that the Americans have run into the fact that the side effects that manifested themselves in the form of this Havana syndrome in hundreds of American diplomats are in fact the impact on their health and well-being in the security system of American embassies, including security rooms, the premises of the ambassador and the CIA station.
